Frank Li is a Korean American high school student with traditional Korean parents who are determined he will attend medical school and eventually date and marry a Korean girl. But he is dating his dream girl- Brit Means who is not Korean. In an attempt to hide his relationship with Brit from his parents, he pretends to date Joy Song, a Korean girl whose parents are family friends. Frank must find a way to balance a secret relationship, high school demands, and his parents’ expectations.
